Vicki’s favorite summer event may be the Philly Beer Week but mine is undoubtedly Center City Sips! It really is THE best time of the YEAAAAARRRRR!
From June to August, over 100 participating restaurants, bars, and lounges offer $5 cocktails, $4 wine, $3 beer and half-priced appetizers 5-7pm every Wednesday! And it starts TODAY!
My personal favorites are Tequilas, The Farmer’s Cabinet, Howl at the Moon (literally across the street from mi casita), and U Bar. One of my fondest summer memories is when my good friend Katie and I started our evening with Sips at Tequilas and ended the night with live music and great food by the water at Morgan’s Pier.
